What is your return policy?
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Items with customized printed names shall not be refunded.

What are the delivery and pickup options?
We offer flexible delivery and pickup choices:
- Pickup: Ready in 2-3 days, with same-day availability when possible, from Brgy. San Andres, Cainta Rizal.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Delivery: Estimated 2-3 days in Metro Manila; 3-15 days for provincial orders, with tracking available on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
Are KCW products eco-friendly and covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products include:
- A 1-year warranty covering breakage.
- Certified eco-friendly, non-toxic, and rustproof materials for sustainability and safety in food use.
