Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Manila: 2-3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
• Provincial: 3-15 working days*

*Please note that delivery to provincial locations may vary based on your region and mode of transportation (land, air, or sea). Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number (for provincial orders) to keep you updated on the delivery status. You can track your order through our selling platforms or contact us directly at contact@kcw-unbreakables.com for further assistance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before confirming your order.

Pick-Up Option

For added convenience, we offer an in-store pickup option at our showroom:

• Pickup Availability: 2-3 working days after order placement, or same-day pickup if the item is in stock
• Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays)
